I happen to like the floppy ears (even if they are a "fault"). When I got my Ferdinand, one of his ears was half-way floppy (you can kind of see that in my avatar). I thought it was adorable, but it stood up on its own. Some just never stand up. It doesn't matter - they're adorable just the same.
