This may make me sound over-protective...but I don't let strangers or even friends care for my dog. When we go on vacation the only person I trust to take care of my baby is my mother. I would never board her at a kennel and I even hate leaving her in the care of the vet for a few hours. So if I don't trust the employees at a kennel or the vet...why would I trust airline employees who aren't even in the pet profession? My dog is like my child...and boy would everyone be screaming "outragous" if it was 1% of small children that died during airplane flights.
I totally understand why some of you had to have your dogs shipped to you from the breeder. And I'm not judging. It's just not a risk I would ever be willing to take.
