Thank you for posting this. Just recently (within the last year) I've developed panic disorder and it's extremely hard for me to go places, especially places by myself. I AM on meds and in therapy but for some reason one of the most helpful things to me is having one of my dogs with me. They keep my mood regulated and keep me in the "present" if that makes sense. it's good to know that paperwork isn't a necessity.
