I agree that they seek cool when they are hot. I have a heater in zowie's bed with the puppies, I also have an extra bed for her to be away from them, but she is sleeping on a cold tile floor under a chair; and in TX - you can believe we are running AC! I just let her be. If you have a warm place for him, I think he will be fine.
