I use the under the bed Rubbermaid box too. It is perfect since it is big enought to put the heating pad in one side and momma can get off of it if she gets too warm. It is short enough where momma can jump in and out easily too. It fits in the play pen perfectly too. It also has one of those lids that are split in half and you can open it on both ends and flip each end up. I use that lid for the backdrop when I take pictures of the pups for the website. I sit it on the table and drape material over it and it makes a perfect backdrop. Then when your babies outgrow it you put all of your welping stuff in it and slide it under the bed where it is out of sight until next time.
