If I read all this thread and understood correctly .... "you reserve the right to return a deposit for my own reasons"? That should be the end of it ... you did change your mind for several very valid reasons, the least of which you are worried about the welfare of your pup! 'Nuff said!!
I am glad you decided to keep your pup and wait for a suitable home. From what I read it doesn't sound like they are financially able/committed to care for a Yorkie. I believe you acted in the best interest of the pup!! Congratulations and now you
can sleep peacefully!!!
