I would totally refund their deposit and be grateful that they will never have your female. If they don't have money for payment, how will they give her vet care? They LIED to you as well while you waited all day. You know my experience with a lying breeder, works both ways and a lying buyer is just as bad. Females are so desirable and you have cute pups and care where they are placed, don't feel badly for those deadbeats.
