We had a mini Schnauzer a few years ago that had terrible skin problems.... she was allergic to GRASS!..... Her skin would become so red and irritated. The BEST thing that I could find for her skin..... which soothed it AND cleared it up in a day or two was OATMEAL shampoo and/or Oatmeal coat spray. (we got it at our vets office). We used the spray everyday day and the shampoo once a week. Oatmeal really soothed & healed our dog's skin problem. Definitely worth trying!
