To use a flat iron you need to section the hair. in smaller sections. Start at the bottom and work up if you have a spay protecter like sleek look by matrix. sspray a lite mist on each section as you go. And go over the section at least three times. use firm pressure and keep the Iron moving.
when the section is stright move on to the next. If you need any other advice let me know.
