Ditto. I can't "deal" with people or animals being too skinny. That is the kind of thing that horrifies me.

It is not enough that your sister is giving in and increasing his food "little by little." You need to make sure she feeds him the full amount or report her. If you don't, you're allowing her to do it. Do you want to be "in on it" if this puppy dies of malnourishment?
