hi hi ...just came back form the vet, and the stuff on around his butt is due to a fungal infection
and the vet says that he could have either gotten it from the floor, from his clothes, or the pet hospital he was at earlier.
SO now I have to get the poor little puppy SHAVED! he'll look so funny. hehehe. then next week will be another vet appointment and I hope it'll be the last for awhile ... thanks everyone for your help and suggestions.
