Did they offer a refund? They really should, being that the puppy never even left the premises! I always call my deposits non-refundable unless something tragic happens to the puppy while in my care. Luckily nothing like that has ever happened, but to be fair to the buyer that is what I do. I am so happy that you found another baby though, and to not have to ship- what a blessing! You will be so happy with this new baby. By the way Piper is to cute!!! Good luck!
