Ok I was considering mating Max with a neighbor's grand-daughter's Yorkie. We both wanted at least one more yorkie and had friends who did too. We knew it would be expensive and may not even work. After hearing all of your responses, I opted to get Max Neutered instead. I was told after he tries mating for the first time, he may start marking and acting up.

since I picked him up on Friday, he has actually lifted his leg on ME!!!! twice. If that's not enough, last night he jumped up on the bed and pee'd. My once well trained, housebroken, mild mannered Max has turned into a mad man. He barks at everything now. I took him outside to walk and he barked at the flags. We do this walk nearly every day. Last night when hubby came him, he barked when he pulled in the driveway. He is 14 months and has never exhibited behavior like this.
