Welcome to YT!! I think they all try this at this age ... I know our Toto did. We simply had something constantly on hand that was hers to chew ... nylabone, teether, etc. .... when she would try this, we simply told her in a normal tone "no bite" and gave her something to chew. She quit doing it and we later found out that she was teething. She learned early on, the magic word "No" .... it works with any bad behavior. Good luck, I know that this is very annoying.
