I just did an order with them and I also noticed that a lot of things were on backorder and the dates kept changing. I waited to place the order until the one item I really needed was in stock, and sure enough everything else shipped and it was backordered. I called and explained that that one item was the whole reason I ordered $50 worth of other stuff. So they are going to ship it to me.

Their customer service has always been nice to me, even though I'm not a retail customer. I didn't know what size shirt to order so I called and they actually gave me the measurements of the actual shirt. I'm not a fan of their sizes since Loki is now in between a Small and Medium and even though he is a size 13in, which is technically their size 12-16 inch, those clothes are WAY too big for him. Anyway, I just ordered him a way-too-big medium, but since it was $4 I will probably just give it away. Since their prices are so low I don't really mind their shipping policies. I'd be pissed as a retailer to pay more because people were returning one and two things. If you want to do that, then don't buy from PetEdge. People sell the Casual Canine stuff on ebay or wherever. We're lucky they let us order at all. Most places only let you order wholesale if you have a business license.

I guess my point is that I feel your pain, but maybe try calling and asking again? I promise the 3 or 4 people I have spoken to there were all SUPER nice. Next time I think I will call in my order and ask them to hold it until the stuff is ALL in stock.
