I have ordered from PetEdge several times. I've had good service before. I placed an order a couple weeks ago and they sent me an e-mail saying one of the things I ordered was on backorder till the 16th. That was fine.

Yesterday they contacted me again saying they wouldn't be sending the backorder out because it doesn't meet their $15.00 backorder total!! It was $12 something. I couldn't believe it! How stupid. I wrote back to them telling them what I thought of their policy. I have ordered so much from them in the past. Like it was my fault the item was on backorder? They said I could order it with my "next" order. I told them if they wouldn't ship it, there wouldn't be a "next order."

I'm going to take my $5.00 Petsmart coupon and buy the item there instead.

Does anyone else think this is really bad customer service or is it just me? It just makes me mad cause I've ordered so much from them and because of $2 something difference - they do this. UGH!
