I don't know what's in Activia, besides the great cultures it has. There may be too much sugar. Definitley a BIG NO if there's any artificial sweeteners in it, they are like poison to animals
I just give mine plain, full-fat, yogurt. NO fat free stuff, it has so much crap in it to make it thicker that's not good for any living being
Just a little spoonful is all they need. Doesn't matter what brand it is, either, as long as it says Live Active Cultures on it somewhere. I just buy whatever brand has the furthest away expiration date
