[My baby*Fergie*]

Hello everyone....Im having some issues with Fergies dry skin.....what are some things that will help her get rid of it....?? I heard of an oatmeal bath...but how exactly do you do that?. If anyone has any other ideas as well on how to keep a yorkie skin and hair soft.....it would really help...also I have noticed that her hair is thinning alot!! especially on her lower back and around her bum...I am worried she is losing hair!! ...what can I do to help her!! thankyou!!!!
