Yes I know it wasnt nice what I said but from how I read the posting was she was really just concerned shes not going to be able to sell these puppies, that bothered me. Theres so much more to worry about then not being able to sell those puppies. Those pups will sell but without papers your not going to get what you probably want for them.
This is the importance of a written contract. Yes its sad she did loose the girls but this was the stipulation in the verbal contract she had with the owner of the stud. I think it was all wrong on both parties. No one can gaurentee what sex those puppies were going to be so to agree to get a female was a crap shoot. The owner of the stud is entitled to some kind of compensation as per their agreement. Yes the stud owner seems kind of rude but shes running a business and she now needs to be paid for her services.
I think the AKC is going to side with the stud owner, why should the owner give the info if she is not going to get paid for the service she provided
