Several suggestions have been made:
You could contact the AKC about what to do with regard to obtaining papers on a litter that the stud breeder will not give the information.
Perhaps you could PM lisatodd on YT that posted she has low stud fees and see how much she thinks would be a reasonable fee for stud service.
I will also be professional and upfront with the stud owner and tell her that while your agreement was for a female, you will give her one male and then 'MAYBE' some $$$ to equal out a "reasonable" stud fee so that she will give you the AKC paper information. But no way on earth would I give her the $1,000 she is asking for. That is beyond being unreasonable since you have no control over the sex of the puppies born. As a breeder or stud owner, she should be totally aware of that! Kill her with kindness. And in addition I am sure you incurred more expense with having this litter by c-section. It's a tuff situation no matter how you look at it!
