I didnt think it would happen but my shih tzu bred on day 15 from the time she first went in heat - I wasnt planning to breed her until next time and thought that was pretty late in her heat cycle so no worries but her and the male knew when to "do it" because it looks like we will be having puppies the 29th of this month. That would be a calculated due date but at this point nothing would surprise me with this little lady.
