To fit the standard Biewers must have white breast, stomach and legs. As long as they have the white were it is required it is not a matter of more or less white. There are stunning, show quality Biewers with a lot of color.
For a breeder to tell people they cost less if they don't have 60% white is wrong.
This breeders dog has too much white. It does not have the correct colors on the head and the rims of the eyes should be dark.
