I got Mac for 150.00 and I had his test done after the fact...most breeders don't do the bile acid test and it really is up to the breeder, but I personally paid more to have this done... My whole reasoning behind this is for my own benefit, after getting one with liver shunt and having him almost 4 years and then they die from it, well to be honest with you it just about broke my heart....
