Are you able to stay in any hotel you want ? i would check out the pet friendly hotels in Indianapolis.

The change of enviroment and surroundings is going to be stressful enough for your puppy. I would forget the potty training while you are in training. She is young enough to learn it later.

For 1 thing put a do not disturb sign on your door and tell management you do not want Maid Service unless you are in the room.

During training keep her in the bathroom with her bed, a few toys food and water and a pee pad. Keep the TV on as well.

You will have plenty of time to work with her after you return home.
