Thanks everyone for the replies on normal tests done. I love my vet, and she seems to me to be VERY thorough, and she did physically check Cooper and Carley over very well, but she didn't say anything about these tests on their first visits to her. She did recommend blood tests before Cooper's neuter, she said it is helpful to have results to compare to later on in Cooper's life, even if everything was normal...just to have baselines to compare later.
I hope the OP finds a wonderful home for her little one, too bad she can't keep him, but I think it is good she is thinking what is best for him now...these little guys do take lots of time, I always tell people who say that they want yorkies that it is like having toddlers in the house I can see where they wouldn't be great for some people at certain times of their lives, but they sure are perfect for me Again, thanks everyone for their replies to my question.
