You seemed to think, if anyone says anything negative they are bashing Tinies. People just want other people to make INFORMED choices.
As far as rehashing the issue, I learned a lot from this thread; I understand more now about why someone wants the Ultra Tiny, and now realize there are other reasons besides them being a status symbol. For example, as some of you have mentioned the maternal instinct an ultra tiny can satisfy. You also must remember, many people read these threads and are not even members of Yorkietalk, they are just looking for information. In addition, there are new members everyday. If I can help influence a new purchaser of a Yorkie to look into the reasons why he wants an ultra small Yorkie then I feel I've done my job, again informed choices.
What I really hope to influence are those people who think other people are jealous of them every time they hear something negative. It's like the person won't have to consider what the other person is saying because they can just attribute it to jealousy and then discard the information. I think the members of Yorkietalk show everyday that they are not jealous. The praise, love, and support they show each other is considerable. So please when you think someone one is hating (slang term) jealous, please consider the other alternative, they might just have a different opinion and you can't handle it.
