The way you are describing feeling the lump in her tummy and the male's actions, I would say she probably is pregnant. That is about the same way Katie was at about 6 weeks. I thought i could feel 2 lumps, turned out she had 4 pups. If she is you should know for sure by feeling her tummy in the next week. Puppies movement will be more noticable, especially if she is laying on her back. Katie also wanted her tummy rubbed constantly! I know what you mean about being stressed, Katie had her puppies on Jan. 5th and had a rough few first days but she is doing great now and I am finally calming down. Keep us posted!
