i was so happy to change my last name to my husband's last name.. because my original name was totally ugly LOL..
it was Khristine M. Barras.. and i'd always get the freakin joke, so your totally embarrased huh khristine.. or.. of course.. bare @$$.. lol people didn't know how to pronounce it lol.
and to hyphenate it would be wayyyyy to freakin long lol.. my first name is 9 letters, barras =6 and new last name is 8 .. way too long for me to write lol.
i took my husbands last name and dropped my maiden last name and kept my middle name.
and it just goes a lot better. I think it's preference really. and my husband wouldn't have freaked out either if i didn't want to change it.. he said it's my name lol..
