Ok I talked to my Vet today when I bought Bailey get his last shots and he told me that the needle is indeed HUGE and it would be soooo uncomfortable and painful also with Bailey being the size he is (not even 3lbs). So instead of putting him under twice I will just get it done when he gets fixed
He also said on the larger dogs its ok but Bailey size he would have to be sedated, me and my vet talked a good little while about this as I was very concerned.....but thanks everyone for your imput. I really appreciated it
