In my opinion, to each his own without question. I dont question anyone for whatever size they get. It must be what they want for whatever reason. I have a big one and a small one. I love them both, but I didnt want one over 5 or 6 lbs, due to lots of reason. I do not take mine place hardly at all except to the vet or a few times to the pet store. They dont visit relatives. I wanted 2 under 6 lbs due to the fact, that is just what I wanted and hubby works and makes our money so we spend it on our preferences and I dont owe any explaination for what we spend it on, whatever it may be. I dont criticize others for their choices in life. To each his/her own. So please don't take this personal, its just my honest opinion. I feel everyone should please them selves, their the ones that have to live with their decisions. I think I've seen more threads here about this one topic than anything else I think.

Why does anyone have to explain their reason for the size of their pet? Its their decision. and thats all you see any more.
