i dont' think it is spoiled at all.. i think she is upset that she was hurt.. going to the vet... ALL very traumatizing for our poor babies! especially since she is shaking.. spoiled dogs just want to be held... the shaking says she is upset. does your baby usually enjoy playing and going outside??? if so i think she will eventually tell you that she is ready to be independant again by wanting to play with you or wanting down when you go outside. I'd definitly keep doing what you are doing... for a while anyways... poor thing.... that is a lot to go through. hope she is feeling better.
