I definitely do NOT recommend belly band. I used it on Wookie and it only made the problem worse, because it was easier for him to do it without me noticing.
What I did when this happened was put Wookie on a leash and tie it to the coffee table or by the doggie door or whereever i was at. I put two leashes together so he had room to run around. This way, no matter what, he was always pretty close to me and knew i was watching. He tried to mark once, and I made a HUUUGEEE fuss and yelled really loud and then took him immediately outside.. and honestly.. he stopped after that.
Since he has been potty trained, he knows what to do and what NOT to do, so he's marking when you're not looking, or when he thinks he can get away with it, so try to make it where you can watch him all the time, and he KNOWS that you're two feet away no matter what.
