Funny that you mentioned that because they have just opened a new gated community near us and we went looking around the other day. It is very nice, but DH is reluctant to give up our land. A strong Home Owner's Association sounds like such a good idea sometimes, though!

I don't let ours stay out if they are bark and would never let them run loose, but that does not seem to be the unamimous decision of all our road's pet owners. They are nice folks too and to tell the truth, it is not worth causing trouble to complain. But I can grouse about it a little here

Can cats even be trained to stay in their own yards? Anyone know?
