I havent found a groomer I trust w/my dog yet. I think this story is exaggerated....but if there are 2 stories in this post stating a injury & a lie to try to cover the injuries-so exaggerated or not that is not a good business practice. I might be a little upset if they said we nicked his little tail accidently & there is a little blood & brought me straight to him so I could comfort him & know he was ok. But to lie & know that he was hurt & scared-not good. I stop back in periodically to check on mine & when they are done I end up saying we will not be back here for some reason or another. I definately would never just leave my dog for hours w/o checking in. |
