As much as I understand why you posted this.

I hate these "tests".

I don't "test" my gf. It just isn't something that I feel is right.
If you have an issue, you should talk about it.

I will admit. My gf has brought up why I didn't clean up a certain spot on the wall (insulation foam stuck on the wall). And I told her that I've tried several solvents to get rid of the stuff. This stuff has failed...unfortunately. So I have to find other solutions. Keep in mind, that I need to find solutions that do not make a mess, nor affect the health of her and our Yorkie (allergic reactions, etc.). So it is a little complicated, as I don't have much time on a normal basis as is.

So my gf has tested me on this. I understand why she did it.
But ultimately, I feel that rather than testing each other, both sides need to communicate rather than "hope" the other side will magically know what you want.
