Time to plan ahead. My other niece in FL is getting married 7/2. My lab can stay home outside and my son take care of, but NOT MIA!

DD and I are likely going to take the train - no dogs allowed - (i'd try hiding her in our sleeper, but since it is a 2 day trip she would likely be discovered).

Hubby and DS are going to fly down - probably wouldn't be thrilled if I asked them to bring Mia, but I might. Once in FL she could be at hotel w/ us and in a room or her crate at my sister's while we are at the wedding. We are also going to Universal, but the hotels there allow pets and have dog walkers so she would be fine.

I hate to board her as she sleeps with us and I think it would be very traumatic. My other DS girlfriend would take her, but her folks have 3 poms. She might be able to come over (but can't drive due to seizures) , but only a couple hours a day. I'm thinking being in her playpen area for a week wouldn't be good for her.

What do you all think???? I think DH bringing would be best. DS would be good with her I"m sure.
