Great post!

That's REALLY horrible that you and Pia had to go through that. Although I think it's a miracle that you got such an excellent vet at the ER that night. I'm glad little Pia is doing so much better and that she pulled through so well. I can now understand your "it's better safe than sorry" thinking with her.
