You guys really know your Yorkies! Thanks for the help! We will love our little boy no matter how big he is! But we just want him to be healthy, and not get too heavy. But thanks to you all we aren't as worried as we were! Regardless he is scheduled for the surgery this coming Tuesday!

P.s. His name, "Chibimaru", means small and round, but here in Japan it's pretty funny because we introduce him all the time to Yorkies half his size!
