You may just have a "marker" now. Hopefully neutering him will help. For now, you can buy "belly bands" for males that have little pee pads (diapers) in them that will catch their urine when they sniff and lift.
That's one reason to have them neutered before they start lifting, at around 5-6 months. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya......
