I heard such stories too, I read that there are hormones regulating the feeling of satiation in the parts that are removed during the procedure. That's why dogs start to overeat. Pepper was neutered over 3 weeks ago and I don't see any change, he actually eats less now, but he's still growing a little, I guess. I'll increase his walk/exercise time if that happens.
