She is sooooo cute.....where did you get her????? Regarding the ears....you need to trim the hair on the outside of the ear most of the way down to the head...well, more than half....then use dental strips on the inside of the ear to stand the ear up.....the weight of the hair on the ear is weighing it down...

She has a TON of hair!!! She looks so plump and big but when she is wet, you can see how tiny she is under all that hair...ok..I'll put a pic of her taking her first bath too
