 sick puppy
so I just got my puppy a week ago - exactly. This morning he's got the runs and then starts puking and pretty much puked 3 or 4 times. So I called the vet and brought him in - they gave him a shot of something to keep him hydrated and (since I gave him boiled chicken last night with his regular food), the vet said to feed him only teaspoons of cottage cheese and rice and only offer him little bits of water at a time. If by Friday he's OK, he said to slowly mix his food into the cottage cheese/rice blend. I feel so bad for the poor little guy! I just really really really hope it's nothing serious. |
