Ages DO MATTER. AKC will not recognize th litter unless the parents are a certain age. it is all on the AKC website. i can't remember for sure but i think the malee has to be eight months old. Also, if he fathers three litters a year or so many in a lifetimee, he has to be DNA'd. that is a simple procedure and costs forty dollars.
