It's also a "safe haven" for them too. When we used to have company over and the dogs were young they would make their way down to the crate to feel safe if there were to many people in the house. We crated Deegan and all ouf our pets until about a year old, give or take depending on how fast they learned. Now he sleeps through the night with us in bed... mind you he wakes up at 7:30am every morning (weekend or not) to go potty and be fed. He's set like clockwork. |
yes i agree with you, we really agree with crate training, and she doesnt mind it in there, she feels safe, its her little home when she is not out .
