At week seven you should be able to feel the pups move. I wouldn't worry too much. Is her vulva still swollen? Your male may be acting on the fact that she smalls differently right now. I'd let them be together supervised. It usually only takes one snap from the gal to put him in his place and cool his jets! Pregnant ladies do not like to be messed with. If she hasn't reabsorbed the pup she'll be doing some nesting before too long. Start taking her temp twice a day and watching for signs. Good Luck
