I say just do as much as you can... some change is better than none! Thats what I did, and eventually it just took over! lol

So true! I think I am going to "try" to change alittle! --more raw!

Do you use anything special - equipment wise, supplements, etc?

There is the new Jack LaLanne's blender maching (like $150) that is all for raw foods.......have you checked that out?
