Azithromycin can cause vomiting in dogs if high doses are given and can cause diarrhea and GI cramping. Azithromycin maybe useful for a variety of infections.

This is out of my veterinary drug handbook published in 2002.

Azoxicillin is used for the treatment of urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Panacur is given for parasites in animals as is Strongid T. Some of these other drugs you have listed are not in my handbook so I am not sure why they were prescribed.
