Eat well (nutritious foods)
Sleep at leat 6 hrs at night
Take a nice bubble bath (have someone watch the kids for you)
Drink a glass of wine (not in excess of course)
Use aromatherapy candles (such as lavendar)
Drink soothing ginger tea or herbal teas
