I have it AWFUL !! It started right after my first son was born and I've gone all these years kicking and running while I try to sleep - it's horrible. It isn't painful but man it's so hard to get comfortable and you end up moving all night.

The only thing that helps is sleeping pills - which I don't take because they're too expensive ....or Requip which makes you feel funny the next day. The Requip really does work but man they push it .....for someone with no insurance it's also expensive but if it weren't for those commercials I'd have never known what I have. You can get samples from your doctor and try it - but follow the directions - you have to start with a small dose and work your way to a normal dose over a 2 week time.

You wake up tired every day with RLS - worse when you get older.
