I have problems with my legs at night too. I take a magnesium and calcium supplement and it really helps. Don't take more than one because they can have a laxative effect. You can also take a mineral called Dolomite which is also magnesium and calcium and I think that it works a little better but you have to look a little harder to find it. I always take one at night when I go to bed but if my legs are really bothering me I'll take one earlier. In about 15-20 minutes it's better. I hope that this helps. |
